The Client: A Health & Household brand on Amazon US in a highly competitive category, under ongoing management. In 2025, ACOS sat at 39% and sales were sliding.

The Challenges: Budget was locked in expensive short-tail bidding wars. There was no keyword harvesting, no negative keyword governance, and spend was blended with no split by product or intent. There was no priority ASIN list and no framework.
How I Solved It: I moved budget from short-tail bidding wars to high-intent converting terms, built a harvesting and negative keyword pipeline, and separated spend by product, intent, and match type. I created a priority ASIN list with dedicated budgets and ranking goals. Once the foundation held, I scaled spend deliberately from June to push rank.

The Outcome (2026 YTD):

- ACOS: 39% → 27.69% (-29%)
- ROAS: 2.56x → 3.61x (+41%)
- Total sales: $1,236,590, 51% organic
- Ad sales: $609,127 on $168,657 spend
- TACoS: 13.64%
- Q3 sales up 3.2% YoY, average order value up 9.8%
- Organic sales up 26% in January and 32% in June vs 2025
- #1 organic rank daily on a 71,702-search keyword; 6 of 8 tracked keywords in the top 6
