ππ‘π ππ₯π’ππ§π An established Home & Kitchen brand on Amazon US, managed long-term. The account had lost top-of-search placements on several high-volume keywords, was ceding market share to aggressive category bidders, and had a thin repeat-buyer base relative to its traffic.

The Goal: Reclaim top placements on high-volume keywords, grow market share month over month and year over year, and acquire new customers to build repeat-purchase momentum, while driving total ad cost of sale down.

The Challenges: Multiple high-volume keywords had slipped out of top-of-search. Rising CPCs threatened profitability on core converting terms. New-to-brand acquisition was too low to build a durable repeat-buyer base, and growth was needed without letting TACoS climb year over year.

How I Solved It: I reclaimed Top of Search placements on priority keywords through advanced bid and placement adjustments tuned to conversion data. I scaled new-to-brand acquisition to widen the repeat-purchase base, ran continuous search term harvesting with strict negative keyword governance, and reallocated budget into productive spend so paid performance compounded organic lift.

The Outcome:
β’ Total Sales: $136.0K β up 20.62% MoM, 8.41% YoY
β’ Organic Sales: $55.8K β up 15.44% MoM, 11.09% YoY
